Why no changing rooms? Covid restrictions are no longer a valid excuse I wanted to try on several items .. just left them and walked out and then shops wonder why people shop online. very disappointed

Every time I visit this store no staff on tills. Queuing for what feels like an eternity. Will avoid in future.

We went to Asda to buy some clothes in the sale for my mum. I also got clothes for my grandson. These were great value. Everything was in the sale. Afterwards we went to the cafe. Asked for soup, not got any today or tomorrow. Chose 2 meal deals, the server had to ask someone how to enter these on the till and he didn't even know therefore ended up paying the full price due to their lack of training. If I had known, I wouldn't have had the crisps and the americano qhich was awful. When the pannini came, it was only 1 cut in half and served on 1 plate... . I thought she had only fetched 1 out but my partner said that it must be for us both. No salad. Really dissappointed with the whole experience of the cafe.... won't be going back!
