Matthew at Personnel Solutions in Exeter is on the ball! I first spoke to him the day after walking away from what can only be described as an abusive employer - 17 hour days, 6 days a week, paid below what I was promised, no breaks... I was about ready to walk away from the trade altogether. Within 3 days I was offered a new job..!! Matthew must have loads of people to deal with, but I felt as though it was just me.
