Naturally Yoga with Sam

Sam's a great yoga teacher, she clearly knows her stuff, structures the sessions well and keeps it fun, she's always got a smile. I was a little sceptical about the benefits of yoga initially but it must be working because I'm saving a small fortune on osteopath fees, my back has never felt so good.

Ive really enjoyed Sams pregnancy yoga classes. Safe, calming and also fun (its really nice to meet some other mums to be!). She comes highly recommended!

Pregnancy yoga with Sam has been amazing. Not only has it kept me moving & easing those pregnancy niggles, Sam in a fountain of knowledge and advice as well. On top of that its been great to meet regularly with other local pregnant woman throughout my pregnancy. I cant recommend these classes more, Ive really enjoyed them, learnt so much & made some lovely mum-to-be friends too!

Sam is a fantastic yoga teacher, I have enjoyed every single class and I'm honestly so sad that I can no longer attend pregnancy yoga. Sam goes above and beyond and ensures everyones concerns are listen to and tailors each class to everyones niggles, aches and pains. She even takes time to follow up with emails and messages if you need further advice. I am sure that attending these classes aided my labour hugely not only with breathing techniques but mentally and physically. If you have any doubt about attending a yoga class with Sam just go for it you will finish the class relaxed, calm and with a whole heap of advice that you definitely need. Thank you Sam from the bottom of my heart for being the amazing person that you are and for making my pregnancy journey comfortable and enjoyable.

Sam is such a wonderful yoga teacher, she makes every session feel personal and really brings everyone together. Pregnancy yoga with Sam has been a highlight of my pregnancy and would recommend to anyone
