        Litterally the worst post office I've ever known. Either the computer is broken or the staff don't know how to use it. I can never just walk in and send a parcel!

        Where to start? No Staff, No trained staff, System Broke, Too Busy, Shut when website clearly shows opening times as open!! Checked on price of parcel prior to posting (ebay), got told 3.20 (correct for 2nd class parcel under 2Kg. Went back next day, different staff member wanted to charge nearly 6 ?? i refused and went to another post office, and yep, i paid 3.20, correct price. Will never use this place again... shocking. Only given one star because i have to give something!! GGrrrr

        Closed on last 3 visits! 1st excuse was system broken. Then yesterday Internet not working so no one can open till. Today.. "No staff trained to operate and we are short staffed anyway!" With Sherfield on Lodden closed for refurbishment, this is totally unacceptable!

        If youre looking for a post office, look elsewhere. Its only ever open 50% of the time. How they are still allowed by Royal Mail to be a post office, I dont know!
