Wouldn't even give a star. My puppy stayed here for 3 weeks and when I picked him up on the 24th of August, I couldn't even recognise him. He stank of waste and urine, it was tedious. He also drank a bottle of water in the car when I picked hm up, which reminded me that he didn't have enough water in his bowl. Later on, I noticed that his fur was covered in matts from head to toe. These took several hours to detangle. The staff claimed that they had "brushed him" but evidently that was false information. In addition to this, he kept licking his paws, when I looked closer, the spaces between his paw pads were raging red. Not only have they upset me and my famliy but hurt my young dog. I wouldn't even reccomend to my worst enemy.
