        Hopeless on repeat prescriptions, took 7 days for my 94 year old father's prescription, and even then it wasn't all there.

        Rubbish really gone to the dogs. No joined up service. Forever having to chase THEM. Not happy. Took 2 weeks to prescribe my medication which left me without for a week in pain. Ongoing long term medication but refused repeat prescription. Rude incompetent and defensive staff. Totally messed up my referral and literally had to do their job for them. Absolute disgrace.

        We feel very lucky when hearing about other surgeries locally. I can always get through on phone and have always been able to see a doctor or nurse when needed. First class service and very much appreciated in these difficult times.
