The work was completed ok, but there there was an issue over the invoice with the wrong details on it - we called to advise them - we then e-mailed them to let them know - then a month later the Director picked up the situation, instead of trying to solve the matter he instead started threatening and patronising all involved trying to solve it. The Director is certainly someone who knows how to turn a small problem into a large one instantly with a large dose of arrogance and aggression - would have been solved in minutes rather than weeks. - If you want service and problem solving ability - I would look elsewhere. AVIOD PLEASE NOW YOU CAN SEE THEIR RESPONSE BELOW - ONCE AGAIN - - PEDANTIC & INACCURATE the review was posted once - not removed by google as per response by JDA - AS per my previous comment - their work would have be fine if you did not need to deal with any of them to get it completed - unfortunately any contact with them or the director is seriously likely to get on your nerves - there are easier companies - I would use one of them instead... Bills get paid if invoices are correct - they are often difficult to pay when they are totally inaccurate and staff members shout at you to pay them without amending it and sending the correct invoice....
