Worked for them donkeys years ago and all I can say is that we had a lovely supervisor called jane who was really popular and well liked by everyone, and then there was a really strange guy called "Dave". Happy memories?

We have used Fresh and Clean for over 15 years. Trish the lady that cleans our office is amazing BUT when COVID hit and we postponed the service due to our offices temporarily closing Fresh and Clean wanted to charge us 80% of our monthly fee as a retainer to which we then cancelled. We have today found that an outstanding bill in Feb (which we have no record of as our lady who usually deals with this is Furloughed YET she has an out of office reply on advising anyone trying to make contact via email to CALL the office). We have received no invoice by post or a courtesy call ref a outstanding debt other than to receive a letter from HMRC Tribunal, needless to say this has been paid today. We will never use this company again, likewise I'd recommend you stay clear, all they do is outsource the work to self employed cleaners and would suggest you place the order with the cleaners themselves who are the people that do the graft!
