I'd highly recommend training with Lucy. I did some post-partum small group training with her and absolutely loved it. She is a fantastic trainer and delivered sessions that were tailored perfectly for us - building up both our strength and our confidence.

Ive been training with Lucy for 5 years now, initially for a weekly 2-1 session with my husband but I loved it so much that 12 months ago I decided to treat myself to an extra weekly 1-1 session! Yes Lucy's sessions are that good! Lucy is an incredibly professional and passionate Personal Trainer who tailors her training specifically to the needs of the individual client. No session is ever the same, and although exercises become familiar Lucy never loses her focus on me, always talking me through each move, making sure Im exercising safely, effectively and very importantly, pushing myself a little more each time. Since training with Lucy, not only has my fitness, strength and mobility really improved but also my attitude to my body and what I am capable of - Ive never been stronger and I leave every session feeling a real sense of accomplishment and positivity. Thank you Lucy!

My daughters and I have been training with Lucy for about five years. Lucy is such a positive and encouraging person and the workouts that she prepares for us are varied, stimulating and fun. She works us at a level that is demanding but not so hard that we cannot achieve our goals! Her new gym is very well equipped and gives us the chance to try different exercises so there is never a feeling of boredom. Well done Lucy - you are so inspiring.

I have been working with Lucy for 5 years now and I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life. Lucy is such a motivational trainer-she ensures you get the most out of each every session-and no two sessions have ever been the same! What I appreciate the most is that Lucy talks you through each move to make sure you are not only doing the move safely, but that you are engaging all the necessary muscles to get the most out of it. Mind muscle connection is something I have learnt through Lucy and it makes a huge difference. I am physically, and mentally, stronger than I have ever been and its all thanks to her .

Lucy is amazing. She is always positive and encouraging. I have been having sessions with her for a year and a half and she has helped me so much with my fitness, but also my attitude to exercise. She moved her sessions onto the internet during lockdown and admittedly I was a little skeptical, but I thought Id give it a go. It was the best thing I did in 2020. Lucy motivated me throughout the lockdowns and the year and I am looking forward to starting again in January.
