Life Made Simple Physiotherapy

Lucy is a brilliant Physiotherapist, very professional, engaging and empathic, she seems to know where the cause of problems are and treats them often giving easy exercises to help aid recovery. On several occasions I have been to see her with a re-occurring back problem, unable to stand upright or walk and she has worked her magic! I also saw Lucy for a very long standing problem I had with my feet and toes which was affecting my balance and posture and was probably one of the sources of my back problems. She treated me for some intensive sessions, finding painful areas that appeared to bear no resemblance to my feet and gave me exercises and I now feel much more confident with balancing and walking. I can thoroughly recommend Lucy!

What ever my current injury is Lucy always resolves the issue! From pre-ultra marathon panics to back pain I couldn't resolve Lucy quickly gets to the root cause of the problem and makes me feel much better. A fantastic professional service.

Lucy always finds the cause of my problem and treats it well and with a fantastic level of care. Having suffered from a stiff back for years I am more mobile than ever before. Superb physio! My daughter has also received acupuncture from Lucy which has helped her enormously. No more missed netball games!
