Adrian Stearman Counselling Guildford & Godalming

As a counsellor myself, I have known Adrian for over four years now and recommend him frequently to others for men's issues, addiction, anger, anxiety, depression, relationships and stress. He's really reliable and knows his stuff. He's a really decent great guy.

Adrian stepped in as my interim counsellor after mine became unwell and he stepped in quickly and with kindness to ensure that I received the care I needed in a timely manner. The sessions made me feel empowered and in touch with myself and my mental health and I made great progress in a short amount of time. He took the time to get to know and understand me and my struggles and made sure that I could feel comfortable and open up and I felt very safe to do so.

I worked alongside Adrian for some months in 2019 and am happy to recommend him to anyone considering counselling. He has such a warm and compassionate manner and I felt he understood me with true empathy as we travelled along the road to my getting to know myself for the first time.

Adrian has been extremely useful to me this year helping me deal with a few issues. Adrian has given me the space and time I needed to confront, challenge and ultimately move on. He has allowed me to explore, understood where I was coming from and gave me some tools to help me on my journey. I did not think I could talk for 50 minute lengths of time but felt comfortable doing so with Adrian. I would highly recommend.
