I had issues with delivery, and the customer service / email correspondent was of no help whatsoever. I did not receive my sunglasses.

Previously had good experiences with Bloc but my most recent pair of sunglasses didn't even survive 14 months before breaking, not great seeing I only used them in the summer months

Once again the after sales team have gone above and beyond to look after me as a customer. I have been using Bloc sunglasses for about 20 years (only 3 or 4 pairs because they are such a quality product) and most replacements down to me loosing them. See you again in a few years.
