Mandy is a very caring person. She is lovely to talk to and brilliant at bringing you to a new perspective on things. So good at encouraging people to take care of themselves too.

A few years back, Mandy was a guest on a podcast I listened to regularly, and her words literally saved me. I ran and got a pen, rewound the podcast, wrote down her advice, and carried it in my wallet. Anytime I felt discomfort I would pull out her words- reading them snapped me out of it. To this day, they still help. Recently I googled her, loved her website, and what do you know- SHE DOES ZOOM SESSIONS. They're awesome. Mandy gives me the most practical, applicable feedback. We are very focused in our sessions, and I come out of them a better person each time. Her technique is the perfect balance of analysis and action; the tools she gives me have a calming effect and I feel almost immediate relief. Mandy is really helping me to level up my life on all fronts; it's well worth the time and money and I'm so glad I work with her.

Mandy is fantastic. She is passionate about what she does and you can see that coming through in her interactions with you. She really cares. She always seems to hit the nail on the head. Would highly recommend her.

After having visited two initial therapists and leaving confused and underwhelmed it was third time lucky for me as I came across Mandy and my faith was restored. Mandy has a way of asking the right questions, with no judgement but with enough understanding to allow us really to get to the heart of the issue. I learned a lot about myself and have returned a number of time when i need support particularly in navigating relationships.
