        Horrific malpractice. Tried to scam the landlords several times by invoicing for work not done. But as tenants we could prove no work was done for work invoiced. Would turn up with no notice at all. Also invoiced for false hours to landlord claiming they started work at 8 when they turned up at 11 for a job. Would be asked to fit a like for like or better for a faulty item. Quote for the part and then fit a cheaper part nothing like what they quoted and charge for the more expensive part they quoted for. Got so bad that the landlords fell out with the estate agents that used them and moved to a different estate agents.

        Mark and the team were fantastic throughout the entirety of my year and a half tenancy. They answered requests and offered repairs promptly. They were very easy to get hold of and would often solve any issue I was having on the same day. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. A very flexible and friendly team!
