Beyond Bikes

I've had a few mechanical issues over the last few weeks (brake pads/free hub/bottom bracket plus probably some others I've forgotten!) and on each occasion the guys at Beyond have sorted me out quickly at short notice. Great service as ever thanks guys

Can't over state the value of a great local bike shop and particularly Beyond. I live locally and regularly pop in as the service is friendly, helpful and in my experience Beyond have always been happy to order in items not stocked. Th big value add though is the advice one receives from Nick, Jeni and the rest of the Beyond team. For example: I was after new tyres, if I had proceeded with the choice on my own I would have ordered the wrong ones, needed to return them to an internet supplier (if possible) and endured a bit of hassle on the way. Instead I went to a real world shop: I got chatting to Nick, had my decision corrected - based on my frame specification and use - was directed to the right product and he ordered the tyres for me. The Beyond team are brilliant at taking the time to talk through what you need/would like so you get it right. Many thanks guys, you are much appreciated.
