    We had our pillars and gates fitted 18 months ago. On Saturday 13th August unfortunalty a spilt in the oak pier meant a bolt came loose making the gate drop. I emailed Harrier asking for a call back on Saturday. 15th August Monday morning at 9:05 Dave called and advised he would be round to take a look and order parts. By 6 o'clock that evening the gates were back fully functional. 5 star product and 5 star service. Well done Harrier Gates!!

    UPDATE 13/3: After initially being satisfied with the gates and install in July 2022, they only worked for two months! The gates failed and it came to light that the recommended under mounted motors were not suitable for our property as the gates are at the bottom of sloping land. The after care has been defensive and unprofessional and lacking care of our situation. We were unaware that these motors could not be in water and if that discussion had taken place during the site analysis we wouldn't have approved the solution due to know land drainage issues in the area. We would have discussed other options that would have suited our property. We have spent 5 months having to open, close and tie the gate manually with a bungee cord as they wouldn't offer an alternative solution and we had to protect our dog from the road. This led to the gates being damaged including scratches and bent hinges when gates swung about in the wind. We have had to spend thousands of pounds installing drainage that wouldn't have been needed in the first place if a different over ground option had been installed. As well as being invoiced to purchase and install a new motor by Harriers.
