        Really enjoy going here as a family. The instructors are friendly and encouraging and the sessions are really flexible. The app to book in is easy to use too. Our girls (5&7) love building their strength and feel empowered after each session, plus there is huge value in them seeing their parents not finding things as easy as they do sometimes! The culture of respect is great too. Really recommend.
