Keiran, Lucy and James have provided an excellent service all round. It was great to view samples at home with Kieran's guidance and knowledge. Having placed our order, Lucy was a fantastic contact for booking the installation and managing any changes as the project progressed. We are really happy with the products and installation that Keiran and James carried out. We have a an open plan kitchen/diner with a beautiful honey coloured solid oak parquet and a lounge with a dark smoke engineered oak plank floor. Kieran advised us on materials and choices, gave us a good quote, got the job done on time, cleaned up, and was polite, friendly, respectful and cheerful throughout. Kieran and the team have been amazing throughout the process ( from replying to my initial enquiry to how fast they came for a quote, explained everything and agreed on a start date to how he and James worked and finished the floor installation). Very professional throughout with a great sense of humour that always helps when things dont go to plan. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of changing their floor to a wooden one.
