I have just started my fitness journey with Katy and I'm so happy so far. Katy helps to motivate you and ensure that you're completing your exercises correctly and to the best of your ability. She goes at your current fitness pace but encourages you to be better each time. Would highly recommend Katy for her personal training and coaching!

I started with Katy as a group session during lockdown. It was the best start to motivate a stronger and fitter me! Katys work outs are a full body workout plus only 40 minutes which passed by super quickly. All exercises synced one after another, with adjustments subject to injuries Its not just for the young ones, we are a mid 50s group, prone to minor twinges which Katy worked round. In less than 3 months I felt stronger, fitter, motivated and much happier with my body. With menopause in full swing it was just what I needed. You are a star Katy!

Katy, its been an absolute pleasure!! Youve made me not only look better on the outside but also on the inside! Ive always struggled with body confidence for years and having a PT like you have brought out strengths I didnt even know I had! We can do press-ups properly, our form has improved week on week getting our ass to tha grass. We can lift 60kg, weve got guns!! And Ive even got abs coming through!! I couldnt even lift a 2.5kg weight and now I can say I can leg press 60kg and probably heavier with more training. I look in the mirror and smile and thats thanks to you for whipping us into shape, pushing us to reach our goals! Seriously Im so happy I feel a hell of a lot stronger and fitter. I will deffo continue working out and remembering what you have taught us. Weve had so much fun and good laughs in our sessions together Im bummed out its gone so quick!! We came with a goal in mind and Jasleen and I have come away from this with so much more, physically & mentally! Katy, youre the muscles queen and thank you sooo much!! Well be back

This lady is dream enabler, she changed my mind, body and soul!! I saw her in a bootcamp and her energy and vibe was just so infectious. Which is when I started following her and she threw all the fitness and training myths girls have out of the window. I have followed her for more than a year but worked with her since the beginning of this year and she is truly a fitness coach, she does not focus on numbers and scales, the unique thing is she is a mindset and lifestyle coach, cause that is what fitness is, it is a mindset change. She is a breath of fresh air in this over populated fitness industry. What an incredible experience it has been, she is very flexible, available 24/7, so dedicated, she doesn't try to fit all in one mould as each individual is different, it isn't just the workouts but the food which she has massively helped me with, sustainable healthy diet which i can maintain for lifetime not crash diets, she invests a lot of time into her clients and keeps on updating herself with the courses she goes on. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or one of those who always starts but falls off the wagon (like me!), please contact her now. She so motivated, passionate, knowledgeable, approachable, persistent & positive. She loves seeing people progress and you can see that in her work. I have gone from knowing nothing about fitness and strength training to today having the confidence to go to the gym by myself and doing squats, deadlifts and bench presses with heavy weights and loving training and looking at a plate of food guesstimating calories. It is a way of life for me and all thanks to this queen, Katy!! To top it all off, she is so much fun, i had to ask her to stop cause I couldn't stop laughing!!!! BEST.PT.EVER!!!!
