Pat Compton Reflexology

Pat is an excellent reflexologist - she creates a relaxing environment and is extremely knowledgeable. Seeing her once a fortnight has helped greatly with my anxiety. Highly recommend!

After suffering 5 miscarriages I started seeing Pat to relax and rebalance my body whilst having a break from trying. After a break I started trying again whilst still seeing Pat and fell pregnant within a couple of months. I now have a three week old little girl, part of which I owe to Pat. I will always be indepted to Pat for helping us complete our family.

I would highly recommend Pat to anyone seeking relaxation, or help with an existing health issue. She is professional whilst being extremely personable, kind and caring. I have received both reflexology and indian head massage and found both experiences relaxing, restorative and insightful. Pat is very informative and helps combine both the physical benefits of her therapies with helpful and detailed advice.

This was a gift from my partner and as this was my first time trying reflexology I didn't know what to expect, but wow it was the most relaxing experience I think I've ever had. I wish I could've stayed longer than an hour. Pat is such a warm and informative lady and VERY easy to talk to. You experience a sense of calmness as soon as you meet her which then transitions into a incredibly relaxing experience in a very tranquil environment, so much so that I fell asleep (and I don't sleep during the day). I booked a session for my mom moments after my session was over!! Just in time for mothers day.

Pat was truly phenomenal. I was suffering with vomiting, nausea and anxiety symptoms and even after just a couple of treatments I could see such huge improvements. As well as unblocking the congestions in my body, Pat managed to control my bowel movement which has been irregular my whole life, don't know how she did it. Amazing! The tranquillity of Pat's garden added to this relaxing experience along with other luxuries such as calming music, blankets and an indulgent heated chair. Also, Pat's friendly nature creates a safe and comfortable environment. These appointments would be the highlight of my week and I'm so grateful for all of Pat's work to aid my issues as well as improving my overall health and reducing my stress levels. I had never had reflexology before and I was so impressed, congestions were found that I didn't even realise were present in my body. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone, so worth it.
