Fight Co

Have sent 4 emails and reached out on Twitter and still received no information on where my order is (ordered 2nd April), I only received one reply to the email and it did not update me on my order. Cant get in touch with them to locate it or get a refund. Seems like a familiar story for this company.

Terrible expierence ordered a top over 3 weeks ago and had nothing. Emailed fight co over 4/5 times through website and no response. Im now out of pocket 36

I order a pair of 16oz Fairtex Gloves , unfortunately they were not delivered in the expected time frame which made me look at reviews for fightco. intially this had me worried as it seemed a few people have had similiar issues with not receiving the goods. but upon calling Fightco they were more than helpful in locating the parcel (it got lost/delayed in leeds) and kept me up to date Via email. the royal mail then managed to deliver the gloves to the wrong house. The gloves themselves are brilliant and i cannot fault fightco's customer services around the issues. will be more than happy to order more from them but maybe using a different delivery service as the royal mail nearly lost them twice!!
