If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! We needed a bay window taking out for getting a sofa in the room, Mark and Steve were over first thing on a Saturday morning and gone by lunch time. I had a few people tell me our window wasn't a simple job either but they made light work of it and when we told them about a problem with the bi-folding doors they were more than happy to help there and then and fixed that too! Genuinely nice blokes and clearly experts at their craft who take pride in their work and it shows in the results. I've just got off the phone to the bloke at DFS and after telling him we don't need to send the sofa back now and also told him to recommend the Cheshire Window Outlet to any customers who need to do the same in the future!

Do not use this company!!! Dishonest Cowboys Not only do they take deposits and then not complete the work, they also lie about paying the debt back if you give them a good review. This company is a scam!!! I think Jamiee Brandwood earlier review is absolutely spot on !! 14.9.2022 This company has been provided ample opportunity to resolve the many issues listed here and on other websites. The fact they are on their 3rd or 4th Facebook profile also speaks volumes. Barred directors should not be running companies, generating fake reviews, making false promises and defrauding customers who will have worked extremely hard to make home improvements. We will not be making any further calls or emails to this company as they never respond but will happily keep adding to this review so it remains top of this list and warns potential customers (victims) of the risks they face. 25.8.2022 - Your pathetic response is in line with your pathetic business. Why would we create a fake review? Most of the positive reviews on this page are your mates anyway. This company is being led by a barred director (see M&S Windows of Gatley and Chorlton) and should not be operating. Any prospective customers looking for window and doors should look elsewhere otherwise you will quickly become another victim of their cowboy policy. 17.8.2022 - Were in the same situation as all the negative reviews on here. Please avoid this company as the quality is poor, work never finished, no warranty, no FENSA certs and no receipts. Not sure how they sleep at night after ripping pensioners off.

Avoid at all costs. Proper cowboys. Full double glazing install on a 3 story property completely botched. Windows miss-measured, bifold door fitted incorrectly. Installed at the end of December and still no certificate. Getting solicitors involved.

This review has had to be put back on because in good faith, I took the original one down. I was promised I would get the certificate I needed for bifolds this company fitted. Had no problems with the work done. Payed for the job and expected certificate to be in the post. That was well over a year ago. After being promised that it would be resolved. I'm still waiting. Just be careful who you trust and get something in writing up front.

Mark was replacing windows to a rented house next to me. He was professional, courteous and the effect was top class. Watching him at work absolutely makes me recommend his company to anyone seeking a good job on replacement windows. ( He even noticed that my letterbox was broken and replaced it for me!!! ) Mel Dooley
