I would highly recommend buying a car from John. Last year I bought a one year old Audi A3 and it has been brilliant and just passed its recent service. I was quite specific about the type of car I wanted and I felt John really listened. He not only found me a match in just over a week but also valeted and sold my old car (RAV4) for a really good price. Prior to hearing about John, Id spoken to an Audi dealership about a part exchange. Their offer on my old car was very low and the mark up on their cars was obviously high. They were also really pushy which put me off. John is really professional and spent a lot of time explaining the cars features when he brought it round.

So happy with the Mini I bought from John, it is everything I wanted and more. John went above and beyond expectations, coming in especially at short notice on a Sunday when he had prior commitments for me to pick up the car. Useful and honest information given over the phone before I viewed the car. Answered any questions and gave us space while viewing the car. Let us decide in our own time. As asked, he sent additional papers in the post afterwards. Hassle free and perfect purchase. Thank you again.

John was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about the cars in general and went out of his way to make sure the purchase of my new car went as smoothly as possible. When I collected my car it was absolutely spotless and unlike with most dealers I didn't have to drive straight to the nearest fuel pump. I was was able to drive away with no fuss in a high quality car. I'd have no problem recommending John Yates Cars to friends and family.
