Service was poor. I should have been told my squid would take longer. I was charged extra for chillies I didn't eat and was not told about.They had to refund that.

Booked a 4 night break away with these via family fund, and I am shocked at how expensive inspire are! We couldn't even get bnb as the price was well over the amount than what it should of been. We had to pay over 130 on top of what was already paid just to get this. Tbh it is much cheaper on hotel website than to go through with inspire. Sad to say I won't be booking with inspire again.. so much for helping families with disabled children, when they're basically ripping people off with extortionate prices!! So gutted.

Terrible experience, I paid extra for half board for my holiday over the phone, now they are telling me this was never arranged and they have no logs of the call. Stuart at "customer service" is very sarcy and unhelpful. Absolute scammers, AVOID this company

Shocking customer service I have a gift voucher that I cant use as I cant even seem to book the thing that I want I have been hung up on twice and spoken to quite rude and have been told I will get called back emailed back and nothing no follow up at all this company is appalling I would give a zero do not book with them at all I would like to have a refund causing more headache than anything I am definitely going to take this further

DO NOT PURCHASE - what a con! no customer service at all, just take your money and dont care! I purchased this card to use for one particular holiday company they specified they dealt with at the time i purchased the card. They now change the holiday providers and simply say we have to holiday elsewhere, it is not as simple as holidaying elsewhere??? Holidays are expensive!!! How can they change their supplier list, now making this card of no relevance to me. They are absolutely not interested in resolving this for me, instead their repetitive response is "this card is none refundable refer to our terms and conditions". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They now have my money and flat out refuse to refund. My card is in date, yet they say its expired, its hasn't! Their communication is poor, frustrating, unprofessional, and keep on ignoring my direct questions by simply replying without acknowledging or even reading any of my complaints with the standard "refer to our T&C". Outrageous!
