        Unbelievably friendly and helpful when I brought a ring that needed fixing. It was a complete mess when I left it there and when I picked it up it was better than the original. So pleased with the result. Fabulous price to fix it too. Thanks so much. Will visit again to buy some jewellery as I spotted some really nice pieces in there. Would 100% recommend.

        I can not recommend this jeweller enough. I had to have my wedding ring upsized and after my regular go to jeweller said that ring could not be altered and tried to sell me another ring I decided to get a second opinion. It had great sentimental value and when my ring came bach from Progem 5 days later it was like new. The craftsmanship and customer service were excellent and I will be returning to Progem for future jewellery purchases.
