        Very impressed by the customer service from this shop; took a pair of boots that I brought 6 months ago that I was having issues with into the shop, and was offered a full refund or exchange for a brand new pair. Will definitely be shopping here again and highly recommend!

        Contacted Daniel to see if he could get me a specific Waldlaufer shoe. He ordered it in for me and didnt take payment until he had received the shoes and was ready to post them out to me. Couldnt wish for better service. I will definitely be using Arnouts again. Thank you for great communication and service
