        Don't use green thumb for your lawns!!! They have made a mess of my friend lawn, they are supposed to come once a month but they didn't turn up till late May then they scarified at the end of May beginning of June. When this should be done March /April. Then put weed killer on and now look at it. A Bloody Mess. Oh and they charge a lot of money!!!

        Tried calling green thumb for a query and understanding of cost of plan having my garden m to see if it is something feasible. Had a call advisor called "ben" who was extremely dismissive, unprofessional and clearly wasn't interested. Defintely would not even be interested in business services after my first call and introduction to the business.

        Have used this company for 20 years and always been very satisfied. The treatment put on in March has turned a lovely lawn in to a meadow. The expert sent round to inspect admitted that a different product had been used, but denied it had caused the problem, even said it was a natural grass. He arrogantly said he had no answers as to how to rectify it thanked me for my custom and would cancel our account. Don't use this company. Service: Weed control
