        Initial site visit was lovely, the houses are very desirable . Have had 3 new builds over the last few years with Taylor Wimpey and Bloor. Very aware of the sales process, using their mortgage advisor, house2home etc. all fine. Spent 30 minutes going through everything on the phone with the mortgage advisor. Then I get a call back saying upon exchange I need to pay 10% non refundable deposit of the house price .I advised that I am dependent on the sale of my house for transfer of funds , therefore, they will not let me reserve a house. Very sad they would be this selective and exclusive , have bought many new homes and never come across this, especially, if youre using their help to sell scheme. Desireable houses but clearly only appeals to an elitest population.
