I have never been able to use the Zap app successfully. The only message I get is "preparing". I have had to resort to charging by pressing the charge button at midnight and looking out of the window to see if the green light is on in my car. I had hoped that the latest "Electric Miles" app would be easier to use but have found it just as difficult. MY Kia E-niro 4+ is not listed but a version with fewer miles possible is. The meter works a treat once I press the "Charge" button but it would be nice to be able to set a time to start the charge and a time to stop charging.

Zap were fantastic with my install It look like we had a 3 phase meter when send photos but turned out only one phase was connected which meant only had a 60 amp fuse Zap contacted national power on my behalf and arrange to have fuse change sorted out other issues . Zap deserve a lot more than five stars Thank you Zap

From first online enquiry to finished installation was just a week. Carl from Zap phoned within an hour of my web enquiry, and I got an in-person site survey 2 days later with constructive solutions for the job (compared with 6 weeks from the previous installer which fell through.) Ben and the team from the Installers did a nice neat job. It was a struggle to get the Connect App to work, but CITA Support fixed it after a couple of phone calls. Not clear what the problem was. Car is now charging OK. All very pleasant and friendly.
