        Very helpful gentleman. Put a new screen on my phone which the glass cracked after being dropped on a tiled bathroom floor. I left my phone for 3 hours at the shop and returned to find it as good as new with a free screen protector. Thank you.

        The gentleman was very kind. He tried to fix the iPad and when it was not doable he did not charge me saying that when someone is already upset that their iPad is damaged, he wouldn't like to charge if he's can't fix it. That is so empathetic in this day & age
