Almost 800 miles round trip from Penzance twice to view and purchase a Porsche from PROMUS VEHICLES. I have bought over 46 cars throughout my lifetime and truly I have never come across a dealer as polite and sincere as Matt. Personal service at its best. What a pleasure to have met this guy. Seamless with no sales jargon or pressure. Distance is no object when you get this type of service. Matt, I'll bring my own milk for the coffee next time !! Thanks for your time and premium service 10/10

Purchased a 911 Turbo from Matt in May 22 and he was very helpful with great communication whilst the car was off getting serviced and MOTd. After a slight mix up with the collection date we were picked up from the station in a RR Phantom which was a nice touch.

I recently purchased a car from Promus Vehicles which is something I would never do again and would never recommend to anyone. It was a terrible experience. I was promised a brand new MOT which was a lie. I had the car checked by a mechanic and they found that one tyre was illegal and another was virtually on the way out which would add points on my license for driving the car. I paid full asking price for a premium car and this is the service I got. The car was even dirty when it arrived with the passenger side floor mat covered with grass and dirt. I tried contacting the company for days after I had the car and they wouldnt answer the phone and when I finally got through there was a flimsy excuse about no reception. Promus Vehicles is not a company I would ever do business with again and should be avoided at all costs. Disgraceful company.
