We enjoyed working with Plans and Planning for our single storey extension. Phil was professional, listened to our concerns and didn't waste time. Everything was done in the timeframe he specified at the beginning.

Phil at Plans and Planning provided an excellent service seeing my projects contemporary and non-standard design through to a viable technical solution and ultimate building regulations approval. He paid close attention to the familys requirements and was speedy in the production of his plans, which were accurate and high quality. I know I can now approach potential builders with confidence that my plans are capable of being delivered.

I engaged the services of Philip Kirk having seen three other architects first. He was recommended by a friend. Some architects will patronise you or attempt to foist their own design solution on you without listening to your objectives. Philip explored our ideas and where they were vague gave options. He kept me informed throughout the process. He has some impressive software which enabled him to reshape the design in front of me to accommodate changes. He provided a floor plan, still images and a video which enabled me to "walk through" the new accommodation. My project involved extending and remodelling my house. I have no hesitation in recommending Philip Kirk (Plans and Planning).
