        Five years ago Carolyn helped me with a remortgage in relation to the end of a 2 year fixed rate, a kitchen extension and cellar conversion. She was really personable and made it a positive personal experience! Five years later, I was dreading my fixed rate coming to an end due to the issues with the economy, but Carolyn contacted me promptly and I've managed to secure an excellent deal. I have loads of confidence in Carolyn, we'll catch up in the next 5 years!!
