I worked here with an agency carer got treated bad by an activity co ordination manger here is very rude and disrespectful The kitchen staff are also really rude no wonder there is no permanent staff here I am not happy and I would not recommend anyone to work here no word of a lie from seven till five I have had a stressing tiring and really bad morning they made me cry I had to walk out as it was too hard and too stressing couldnt stop crying due to the way I have been treated no respect for Agency Carers If it was to be I wouldve gave And rated this place zero.and as you are saying your staff are dedicated its a bit funny the way they treat Agency Carers were also here to help when you guys are short we dont like being bullied at your workplace not many agency will speak for themselves but I will its a zero tolerance behaviour for bullying someone which you guys are not looking into in fact you are praising your staff which is shame yeah youve got staff looking after residents its good but not to Agency Carers I still do not recommend anyone to come to your care home for a job if it was for me I would give you a rating of zero as I heard really good background about your care home as well And lastly sorry does not bring back your members of staff are bullying a carer specially from Unique Agency you need to discuss with your members of staff how to delegate and work as a team All I am going to say I would never go back to your care home its zero rating from my side

I have now worked here at Ladybrook manor, for 7 years. I can say that is a lovely place to and there is so much room to improve. I used to be on the housekeeping team and have progressed into a care worker and am now training with my medication. The management team is so lovely and are always there to help.

I have been with the company for over a year now and stepped into the reminiscence coordinator role, I can honestly say the management team are so supportive: general manager especially with the new and creative ideas that she has and is working towards. Truly a great place to work!
