Bramhall Park Medical Centre

I joined this practice some 4 months ago since when I have received nothing but excellent, professional and courteous service. Thank you to all the medical, nursing and back room staff, I hugely appreciate all that you do.

Comfortably the worst doctors in the world. Unable to book appointments for very serious issues, constantly fobbed off to 'ring back tomorrow at 8am' - and they still never have appointments even when you do this. A really dreadful booking process they run. They are great though if you want to ring with a very serious problem on the 18th of April, and be offered a telephone consultation on the 16th of May. An absolute JOKE.

Some scouse receptionist was dead rude on the phone, cant even remember if I said thanks or not before she hung up

This establishment should be renamed as Bramhall Park Medical Malfeasance Centre. In my experience (25 years) they dont follow/practice the informed consent process ergo are not fit for purpose in my opinion.

Lovely student lady doctor who who so professional and knowledgeable and really made me feel at ease and reassured
