        Paid for online consultation. Took 5 days to get response. Asked me to do some bloods and i done it and sent the reports to start treatment. Its more than 1 month now. I didn't get any response.

        I had treatment for sun damage here which barely made any difference. I rang to ask to come back in and the secretary was pretty abrupt and said I'd have to pay the full consultation fee again plus repeat treatment fee. So I went to a local beautician instead who did a brilliant job first time for a third of the cost.

        Assistants, admin people etc very pleasant, caring but not fussy; seem to hit the right note effortlessly and naturally make me comfortable. The doctor has dealt with my ongoing skin issues extremely effectively over the last couple of years. Appointments easy to make. Parking free and right outside. Always confident if I need to go back. Thank you!
