Bupa Dental Care Bramhall

Avoid this place as the quality of work is not good. They told me a price for my treatment which I agreed to and then they tried to charge me more despite the fact that I was not happy with the result. Then they send my details to debt collectors without my permission. I am complaining to the relevant authorities.

Awful customer service,woman got defensive when she made a mistake,couldnt even get the dates on an ordered list done correctly,couldnt do her job properly and was rude for me correcting her,someone better give her a pay raise she isnt happy on that average wage.

They literally never answer the phone it is so frustrating!!! Please please get phone que system so you know how many people waiting! Not receptionists fault!!

Been going here a few years now and been great under Maddie, also had to use for my sons emergency appointment and again were great. Make the kids feel at ease, they are not scared of going to the dentist... Stickers are a big help haha

I've had issues with dentists in the past, so I was extremely nervous to start with coming here. From the very start entering and talking to the receptionists, through all my care here, I have felt taken care of, and listened to. I cannot thank them enough.
