        Following a turbulent year I was left with anxiety that was stopping me from sleeping (both falling asleep and then have a continuous night), this was happening when I had social events or meetings. I was recommended Synerva by a friend and incorporated it into my daily routine, it took approx a week - 10 days to start noticing a difference. I am now sleeping much better and for longer periods, the only change has been adding Synerva CBD (10%). Highly recommend for anyone in the same position.

        I asked for advice on the right product to try and the lady I spoke to was helpful and informative. I tried the 8% peppermint cbd oil for anxiety and depression. I have only been taking for 4 days but my sleep quality has already improved massively. Excellent product and service.
