Bob and Nikki are truly an asset to the wool room branding. Non of the sales pressure like the high street stores and without fail will go above and beyond to help. From years ago buying our first wool duvet at a Christmas market, featuring in promotional videos and now are latest order of a superking Oxford deluxe mattress and hand made wooden bed frame. One thing springs to mind is buy cheap, buy twice. Which is why you choose quality like this over cheaper alternates that will last half as long without the quality touch.
