        Very rude and customer service very poor from member of staff named Jack vatious issues around consistency of sausages recently and wrong orders arriving but for years dealt with Jeremy or Dale and has been brilliant but from now on will be using different butcher

        We visit K W Clarkes each time we visit Suffolk, very good choice and very friendly staff. Just bought a 5kg ham joint which was good value and in the freezer ready for Christmas
