Having contacted JH Reese and son I was fortunate to be able to talk to George who gave such sound advice which has proved completely accurate in resolving the problem of moisture in a very old stone built property on that basis I have offered a five star review.

I contacted J H Rees & Son to resolve a mould problem. George identified it as a condensation issue in my loft space and presented me with comprehensive knowledge on the causes and solutions. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Contractors are all to quick to recommend their "solutions" to a problem but by using an independent surveyor I was able to be confident that the advise given was the best solution. Outstanding service!

George was very professional and so helpful. We used him for a damp survey as we were getting various conflicting feedback from tradesmen. George provided a full report and has gone over and above by answering various queries afterwards. He even talked my builder through installing airbricks into a cavity wall. I would absolutely recommend J H Rees and Son.
