UPDATE: Proseptic has since handled the issues we experienced with their service provision, report and cost for a septic tank inspection, professionally and with care. How a business handles a complaint says a lot about how they truly operate. The service was poor for us but this has been addressed with integrity and I have now received a valuable report.

From start to finish I had trust in the team. We wanted one company who would do the entire project and that is what we got. Delivered on time and no hidden costs. From the moment Stuart and Nathan arrived to install the septic plant system I was confident that we were in good hands. They were friendly and easy to talk to whilst being completely professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work. We were kept informed every step of the way and they did exactly what they said. There were a few little problems along the way, nothing ever goes smoothly, but they were dealt with efficiently and professionally. They worked extremely hard and the land looked better after they had installed and levelled everything than it did before!
