Had a problem with delivery of the fire we'd ordered. Fortunately Glowing Embers were able to recommend an alternative fire which has saved us money and will be delivered in time for our build. Grateful to the team for sorting what could have been a very stressful situation.

What a waste of time this company is. Website stated stock of the log burner and 2 - 5 days delivery. 5 days later I get an email to say that delivery is likely to be in 6 MONTHS. No apology and they still have my money. So disappointed.

I ordered a rain cap, dual wall pipe and locking bands. The quality of these small parts was fantastic, in particular the fitmentbetweenthe rain cap and flue was sublime. Very well engineered and the finish was absolutely gorgeous. Also one of the locking bands had a very satisfying springclasp which was unusuallynarrow and left a much more subtle aesthetic. Unfortunatelythere were some issues with delivery (damaged & delayed),but Enya was extremelyunderstanding and helped to resolvethe issue via email correspondence. I'd shop here again if I needed somethingelse (assuming thecomponent was competitivelypriced).

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I brought a stove for nearly 1200 from this company on the 14th Oct. The stove arrived, (not quickly) and once unwrapped was found to be the incorrect model. I tried on multiple times to contact via to explain the issue and yet they neve answered their phone, not even once after trying over a few days. (If youre deciding on whether or not to use this company and deciding whether this review is worth listening too, my suggestion for a quick way to make up your mind is to try and call them now and see if they answer, based on my experience my guess is that they will not!!) Its now the 6th of November and the issue has still yet to be resolved. They still have my 1200 and I have the incorrect stove. They are now saying that the one I purchased and pictured on their website is no longer available (so dont assume the pics on their website are the stoves they actually have!!) and they are now offering the more modern variant of it. I dont really want this new model however for ease I said I would accept it if they could price match it based on the same model found on many other websites, really as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.. however they are not willing to do this! Instead they expect me to re wrap and palletise the incorrect stove and then sit in all day waiting for collection. All of this communication has happened via email as they dont ever answer phone calls as mentioned above and replys to any of my emails takes them days to reply too which is why we find this issue still unresolved 23 days on. I have now had to order the correct stove from stovesrus.co.uk who I normally use and as always the quick and speedy service will be great. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !! The number of bad reviews they have already received should have been a warning to me however I thought I knew better. How wrong I was!! FYI: I never give reviews, good or bad to be honest, basically because I never have the time to sit down and do it but here I am on a Sunday morning at 5.30am making the time so that no one else has to be messed around as much as I have been! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
