FIRST CLASS Purchased my first van from Braintree van sales. From the beginning we arrived you just knew this was going to be a good experience as there was a nice vibe with Ant and Tom the sales team! Absolutely spot on with everything. The van was exactly what it was described on the website at a very reasonable price. The deal was done within the hour and was even arranged to be dropped at my home address within a few days all clean full year MOT and a warranty and even went the extra miles for a few other bits we asked for to bling the van up! Thanks again to Ant and Tom we will definitely be coming back to you guys for our next van

Great all round service! Communication has been amazing. Since enquiring and then buying the vehicle Tom has been updating us with information and being sure the van is perfect before taking it away! The company are very thorough to ensure the van is in great condition. We have been to loads of garages searching for vans and none compare to the customer care we have received here. We bought a van from here. It is now 6. week we still wait to tax it because they promised a couple of times to send the V62 but did not. and although they sold a van at 113k milage, timing belt was not changed so troubled us as well. Normally it should have been changed every 100k but neither did nor warned us. After they sold, they dont worry about the customer care. Be careful
