Great personal service, excellent delivery of training keeping you engaged at all times. No death by PowerPoint or sending you to sleep. All documentation is firstly class. Lots of other training companies follow a script. Ian from Eagle training just lets it roll. A man with huge number of life experiences relating to your training. Ian has got a massive personality and charisma that makes Management training and coaching courses a pleasure to attend. Ive been fortunate to attend 2 different course with Eagle training in two different businesss. Highly recomended for anyone requiring their training and coaching courses. Always answers the phone after you have finished your course as well. How many do that?

If you are looking for management training or general personal develop, Eagle training is the one! I feel that what I have learnt from both Ian and AJ has been life changing. It has been a very rewarding (in terms of personal development) journey so far, and I will continue to draw on and apply Eagle training teaching's throughout my life, both professionally and personally.

Eagle training is effective. It makes an immediate impact on the delegates. The training modules are built to address the personalities of the delegates, which is essential. It is character building as well as enjoyable. I personally loved the training and will be looking to have more of my staff attend.

For anyone new to management or leadership roles i could not recommend Eagle Training highly enough. The material and more importantly "how" it was delivered not only helped me during my course but continues to help me to this day. The training was well thought out with the right balance of evidence based material, open conversation and group discussion. Each topic in isolation added to my knowledge but also inspired me to remain constantly learning throughout my career. For anyone thinking whether they should use Eagle training I would say don't hesitate! You won't make a better investment in yourself or business
