I really enjoyed the course and found this training useful, the work book is exceptional. Our trainer was very kind and helpful in answering any questions, and said he would provide support after the training was complete if we needed help with anything. He used real life examples which is super helpful for me.

From phone calls with Alison to find the course to meet our needs, to delivery with Martin, our experience with AIT Medihelp has been spot on. Many thanks for an informative and engaging training day. We all got so much out of it. Martin was fantastic! Firstly, the course was arranged well by my Care Home Manager. Subsequently everything was set up for me in order to login into the training session without any problems. Secondly, the course reference is clear and easy to access. Thirdly, I struggled to complete the last of the training. Even though, I was quite upset about it the Support team supported me by giving me another chance to submit my final test. Furthermore, I was given a clear feedback which area I needed to review before taking my assessment. Finally, I utterly enjoyed attending this training and I look forward to attending more e-learning organised by your team.
