        I booked a Samsung Warranty repair through Samsung's website. Samsung assigned my case to Gwynne TV & Electrical Services Ltd. They called me 2 days later to arrange for a engineer visit to fix my monitor for the following week. They arrived on time when they advised me they were going to arrive, and replace the panel during their visit in just under 20 minutes. They left everything clean and ready to be used again. Fantastic service, specially as this means you don't have to wait for it to be repaired at their warehouse, leaving you with no monitor during that time.

        Horrendous company was told by them on Monday somone was coming out on friday rung them friday morning after taking a day off work too find out they cancelled it
