I had a terrible experience with this taxi service yesterday. The driver was extremely impolite and made our ride uncomfortable. Throughout the journey, he kept saying negative things about the company and how he was planning to leave soon. He repeatedly mentioned that he had found a better-paying job elsewhere, which was unprofessional and made us feel uneasy. The driver's behavior was unacceptable and unbecoming of a professional driver. We had hoped for a comfortable and safe ride, but instead, we were subjected to his unpleasant attitude and derogatory comments. It is incredibly disappointing to see such behavior from a driver representing this company. I would not recommend this taxi service to anyone based on my experience. It is crucial for the management to address such issues and ensure that their drivers are courteous and professional at all times. I hope this feedback helps the company improve their services and avoid similar incidents in the future.
