I worked at Subway for 8 months before leaving. Honestly, I hated it my manager was a bully and continues to be so, wouldn't allow me to go on a break after working 7 hours on my feet. Bearing in mind I am under eighteen. As a part time job it has given me loads of experience but if you're only looking for a part time job on the weekends I would say keep looking.
It's not worth the amount of stress and pressure you are put under.
I was made fun of in front of customers belittled and made to feel small. Subway mangers are very sad people it seems they try and excerise their 'power' over their staff.
The company is cheap so not all but most subways want you to work with only two people including yourself.
I worked at a Subway near a roundabout at a petrol station it was busy at times but sometimes it can be so DEAD.
The only benefit of the job was the free sandwich and 50% off snacks but only when you are on your shift.
Anways it is up to you if you would want to work here, personally I would not bother risking your mental health and physical health for a job like this.
