Very unreliable. 1 day delivery.. how about 3 and only after I chased them. They use a currier and after they dispatch the stock from their end they don't seem to bother if it arrives on time or if it arrives in general. Customer service seem to be trying to help but it's obvious they have few ways to react quickly. Quite disappointing.

Ordered a product on monday morning and delivered on Tuesday. Communication with sales department was excellent. Product and price very good.

Took payment for proforma raised. Chased several times for goods to be then told they didn't have the goods. Less than impressed on communication within company. Only hope that we get a refund for the proforma we paid. Be careful to ensure stock is there and you have an account set up with them internally before making any payment to them.
